Just shy of 2.5 hours building. No rush. About 40 minutes of it was soend fixing the broken acrylic and peeling the wrapoers off the acrylic

edit: If you want to see how its assembled there are better pictures than I would have taken in their assembly guide. BTW...dont expect your acrylic to look as nice as the pictures lol

    Reserved for final thoughts

So far its been decent. Only 8 hours on the printer so tweaks and tunes to do. Made a basic s3d profile for it

I'm going to build it...run it into the ground over say a month and see what breaks.... After that month and keeping track it will be modified (unless it sucks so bad the mod is a must )

Lol right ! It's hilarious. I'm going to set up a fff for s3d and I'll post it once it's tuned in. I imagine it's running some bare bones version of Marlin and that one piece board is them 3 dollar ramps/arduino subs. I have a set of ramps arduino sitting here lol...and steppers....bearings...threaded rod...wiring...fans lol. Ya know... Just in case hehe

If it's a single board it's more likely to be a cheap Melzi board like what the Wanhao/Monoprice i3s use (wonder how many degrees of knock-off you can go with that style of board).

Mod-wise a lot of safety issues will be solved simply by replacing the undersized wires with properly sized wires everywhere (as the knock-offs cross the line into unsafe wiring practices almost immediately after you divert away from the Wanhao/Monoprice variants).

first thoughts: The imaker website is ....well....slow. I got confirmation on Friday it was coming...no tracking numbers....emailed today to ask about tracking numbers since the item was suppose to be in the US (new york or something) and an hour later I recieve tracking info from London saying its scheduled to be picked up today lol. I know...cant expect much for 100.00 lol.

How did you get that? When we were talking about it when it launched it was more expensive to get it with filament then as well. You must have lucked out...or not... depending on how crap their filament is. :)
