This question is about Print Quality:

    1. besides changing the settings to fine, would slowing down how fast the printer printed help with better quality?

    2. Would also a smaller extruder nozzle also help? like instead of the stock 0.4mm using a 0.2mm??

Absolutely. You need to go slower with a smaller nozzle also in proportion to how much you reduced the nozzle size. Slower is more accurate any away.

    See above :)
