I certainly haven't heard anything. Would have thought the shipping crowds would have been back from at least the 2nd wouldn't they?

Tried emailing; No luck there :(

Wouldn't mind a new monthly update either.

Correction - Got an email response. Assuming the guys were busy with CES.

    Jerry Grauman replied:
    Dear Kiah,
The printers should be making land fall really soon if not already. Not sure how long it takes to pass customs. Then just a few days to get shipped to you on the ground.

So that being said we should have them in the next few days.......... anyone's status been changed to filled? any tracking numbers gone out yet? Sure am getting worried considering they assured me it would be 8-12 weeks max and that they would keep me updated! Not had any replies!

    Keep us all posted!

I have been trying to get a refund which has gotten me nowhere.
    But I did receive this.

    Ross,
The printer has indeed been sent to you. There is no tracking number yet cause it was a bulk shipment. You will get a tracking number when the ground shipment occurs. The bulk shipment arrived in Australia today. The ground shipment will occur very soon. There is quite literally a printer in Australia right now with your name on it. Therefore, the refund is impossible for the moment.

Sorry man looks like it's en-route and they can't return the order. Maybe someone would buy it locally.

    Well, mine arrived today! Woohoo!

No email or anything, box just arrived at my office. Everything was in there and undamaged. Only problem is the 'kettle-cord' was the wrong mains type plug so i grabbed a spare one from my box of cords.

I've sourced 12kg of quality PLA and ABS from china myself in various colours so should be up and running pretty soon.

    :)

I just got mine (sydney) and had no warning either, so I would not be expecting to get a tracking number or anything.

I'm not there to check if things are damaged or have the right power cord yet, but it looks like this weekend could be interesting for us all (hopefully)!

Kind of needed tracking number so I could arrange to be home to receive it. Ugh.

Hoping it turns up tomorrow :)

    Hello,
This is a courtesy email to advise that delivery was attempted for Xxxxxxxxxxxx but receiver was not home.
A calling card was left. Please contact TNT using the details on the card or by calling 13 11 50 and quoting Xxxxxxxxxxxx to arrange a suitable delivery date.
Alternatively, please confirm your delivery address, and provide me with your contact number and a suitable delivery date and I will organise re delivery.
    Kind regards,
    Renee

    YAY it's here.
    Damn, still on vacation overseas.

I have to admit, it is very exciting to finally receive something.

I too was greeted with a missed delivery.
No warning or tracking number from the Robo Team.

I did receive the printer this afternoon.

    A couple of things.
There is a random nut which has fallen off something that I cannot locate.
It looks like an M3 size nut.

The other is the minimal amount of filament they shipped with the printer.
Even with the delay, I guess I expected too much for a complimentary roll of filament....
I am just saying it would have been a nice gesture.

Anyhow, I guess it is time to fire this thing up.

Well I won't hold out any hope then. TNT aren't going to deliver to a po box and I've never been asked for a fixed address.

    Another hurdle to overcome.

Pissed I can't get a refund because I'm over it all now. I'd happily pay more for a machine with a reputation.

    BAHAHAHA!!!!
I received a notification email from Robo3D 4 hours ago with a tracking number.

I would like to share some colourful profanities about this whole experience.
However, I will hold back since this is a public forum.

Same. Seems mine is travelling up and down the east coast from the tnt website.
Given the condition of the some of the freight we get at work via tnt I'm pretty sure I'll be expecting a 3d puzzle not a 3d printer

I only had one Nut that was not attached to the printer.
I have not been able to figure out where it came from.

But I am thinking it may be something important.

Following the getting started video, near the end where you hit the Home button for the motors to position all the bits at their 0 value.
The heat bed seems to not know where the end is and the motors keep trying to push it.

I will shoot some video for examples.
I have not had a chance to browse the forums for details though.
