Any particular problems? There are lots of threads around here that can help! Mine arrived in good condition, and I have a bunch of issues with it, but it's still printing.

If you do want to go ahead with giving it away, though, some of the mods on this forum only have R1s, and have been trying to help folks with R2s regardless, but of course they can only go so far. I'd say they would be prime candidates for a kindly donated R2, so that they could help further :)

@sgomes Thats very kind of you. Any of us volunteer staff would benefit greatly from a R2.

I'm about 99% sure the OP has no intention of donating the printer vs. selling it.

haha.. im so frustrated with this thing.. I'm at almost 80% failure rate.. I was thinking it was me but now I'm thinking something else may be going on here. These are two back to back prints settings are the same, material is the same, using a little glue stick on the bed (cause without it, it for sure doesn't work) ..

when I say settings I mean
    both are set to FINE
both are set to the same heat temps
both are using the same roll of Robo3D PLA
printed the benchy then turned right around and tried to print a simple beard comb that we knew worked. attached are the results.

That can happen if the Z offset is slightly incorrect. Sometimes it will work and sometimes it will not stick (and make the wonderful blob'O Goo).

Try the Z offset wizard followed by the fine tuning wizard (both from the LCD) until your first layer looks like this:

    http://printedsolid.com/blogs/news/37035715-get-your-prints-to-stick-check-your-skirt

If it is too high then tune it down slightly with the fine tuning wizard until your layer is perfect.

Do I need to set the z offset before every print?

so, im also having a hard time leveling this bed too.. the rear screws have to be all the way tight while the from left is almost falling off its so loose.. maybe I just need to keep asking from help till we get this thing printing..

No, once you get it correctly set you should be fine. I would suggest that it is not "quite" right and you are at the point where some work and some don't. It needs to be fine tuned down (closer to the bed) just a bit.

That is what we are here for :)

I thought that was direct Robo support's job.

Sure, doesn't change the fact that it is still what we are here for.
(well, not speaking for YOU of course)

I know I frequent here just for that reason. Same is true for others.

There are many of us here to assist. Ask any and all questions and someone will typically be along quickly to assist. Getting your machine printing is whats important.

I'll help if it sounds like something typical to any given 3d printer (slicer settings or basic bed leveling practices), but something like this:

Is usually indicative of a warped carriage plate underneath the build surface, which is squarely a Robo support/warranty parts problem.

Sounds more like the adjusters need to be run all the way tight then bed wizard ran again :)

It might be worthwhile to take a photo or two of the bed as seen from the front of the printer (or perhaps other angles). Somebody here might see something obvious.
