system stopped! Heater_ID: bed

    Unhandled communication error
    The was an unhandled error while talking to the printer. Due to that OctoPrint disconnected. Error: Heating failed, system stopped! Heater_ID: bed

    One of the pins on the left seems to be lower then others

    Yes, the spring inside is broken. You need to get a replacement bed connector from Robo (you need to call them).

    There are a number of other threads in here (R2 forum) that discuss this.

    Indeed. Just went through the same. Pogo Pin issue. Call them and request a replacement.

    Not just one pin, but two pins. does it happen often?

    Not often, but enough to be a nuisance.

    Can I bypass the heated bed? I need to print some stuff?

    you can, I'd ask Robo how they would recommend you do so without voiding your warranty. those pogo pins have to make connection to the bed.

    The pogo pins are being replaced (due to failure) by a new revision bed but I do not have any details other than that. You'd have to talk with Robo regarding that.
