    Greetings,

Robo C2 has been printing fine. Moved it to a new location in the workshop. x-axis movement is rough. Frame makes creaking noises during printing. Putting ear to frame while moving extruder in x-axis. Maybe rod is grinding against frame in upper-left front corner. Also notice the right y-axis belt is very loose compared to left y-axis belt. All rods appear to be in bearings. Teeth on all belts appear undamaged.

    Suggestions?

Took off the front frame and the x-axis rods aren't rubbing on anything in the front.

Check where the rods mount to the frame and make sure none have come loose from the frame itself and are out of line

All the rods appear centered in their bearings.

Then it could just be bearing noise. If it is rough then it may help to lubricate them .

The reason to suspect a rod out of position is that you said the belts are loose. These are continuous loop belts... if they have slack then they have gotten knocked loose by getting knocked out of square most likely. Happened to me already :)
