Tried one before, but it was too big for the plastic enclosure. Any tips on an R2 compatible replacment? Mine is leaking plastic out of the top. Also, if I want to replace the nozzel, what size is it?

    thanks

The nozzle is a standard E3D compatible one, stock is 0.4mm nozzle size. You can get them from anywhere - look on Amazon for start: https://smile.amazon.com/Nozzles-ExcelFu-Extruder-Filament-Printer/dp/B07JFGXC5N

I prefer the hardened steel ones myself, but brass is fine if you replace them periodically

    The R2 uses a Hexagon : https://www.partsbuilt.com/r2-hotend-assembly-robo/

If you want to swap to something else (like an E3D) you need to remake or modify the carriage -- there is a thread on this already here.

Look on thingiverse.com. Search robo R2. I designed a new shroud that allows you to use an E3D clone hotend. I buy the hotends for about $8 on Ebay. You have to put on the Robo connectors.
