Solved How to fix printer hardware error?

    Every time I try to print something it comes up with a window.

    This towards the end of your file shows the temp fell to much during the print.



    Error:Extruder switched off. Temperature fell too much during print!
    Error:printer stopped due to errors. Fix the error and use M999 to restart. (Temperature is reset. Set it after restarting)

    Could be a failing heater core, bad thermistor, loose connections etc. you’ll need to start double checking all the physical parts and test after each check to narrow down what’s causing it.
    (It can also be the fan is over powering the heater- make sure where it fails isn’t a fan jump in your slicer settings)

    I didn't have the fan on at all.

    Then I’d lean toward the thermistor or heater

    I also probably should of added that the printer head is brand new since the factory one was un clog-able. I lowed the head temp, but it still stops like 6 minutes into the print. I also noticed that the head temp stayed at 219 and took a while to go up to 220

    Reseat all your connections. If that doesn’t help swap your known good heater from your old assembly to your new assembly and try again.
    Sounds like either a bad connection, a flaky thermistor or a bad heater
    You have a spare heater :)

    It could also be Bed Temp, but usually it stops because of a loose or broken or shorted wire to one of the Thermistors.

    The bed temp stays at the same temp, but the head goes up and down often.

    where they plug in on the wiring and also make sure the bolts that hold the heater in and the set screw for the thermistor are tight when heated - don’t burn yourself

    Broke one of the wires in the process, now the heating doesn't work. Would getting a better hotend fix it?

    Thermistors are cheap and easily replaced, Amazon for any Chinese vendor has them
