"Unable to get printers data"

    I am having trouble with my touch screen so I am trying to update (or make sure it's updated) the firmware. I bought the printer from a friend who bought it new. I have successfully printed several things and then I started running into issues. Since I cannot get the touch screen to play nice I was trying to update from the "Robo web dashboard.
    I go to "settings" "firmware updater" then I select "check for updates" and get "unable to get printers data". Which is strange because it will preheat and cancel print from this screen.

    Thoughts? suggestions?
