    Z-offset has done.
    Bed calibration is done.
    Auto-leveling has done.
And it still putting the bed on the wrong height.
    Any idea?

    Exactly what did you do?

Check the value in the EEPROM for Z offset -- is it negative?

What is the firmware version in the R2? Should be Robo version 1.2.6. Check the R2 FAQ for more information.

So make it MORE negative... does it end up higher? Double it or triple it just to see that you are having an effect.

Looks the UV sensor simply doesn't detect it... but I will try. Maybe the sensor detects, but with a very different values.

OK, assuming you have the stock build plate then yea that may be a faulty sensor. Under warranty reach out to Robo and if you are out of warranty PartsBuilt.com should have the part: https://www.partsbuilt.com/bed-sensor-r2c2-robo3d/

but it looks like they are out of stock. If you are out of warranty contact them and let them know you need that part and hopefully they can reorder.

Looks the UV sensor only detects the original buildtak. If I use a magic maker on the "generic" builtak, the sensors detect it.
