no.. no printer yet. I designed it using the CAD file Viki supplies so it should be good. The only issue that there may be is the screw hole diameter. I made them small so they could self tap but they may be to small. let me know... I can change it to whatever diameter you want...

Just got done printing, I need tweak my settings for a better print but it fits the viki. The hole didn't come out because they were so small. I was printing at wider width also, so could maybe tweak it to fix that. The holes on one side are awfully close to the edge but that may be due to the design of the viki

Instead of making it to fit the width and height of the viki exactly maybe make it wider? Have the viki mounted to the spacer and spacer will have another tab that mounts the whole assembly to the robo? or maybe just try making an angle mount for the ends instead of making a big spacer?

I may take this spacer and sand an angle to the back so it angles the display

Here is how the first print turned out, I had some issues with the print due to my settings and setup. I'm going to reprint this tomorrow with some tweaked settings to see if can improve it. this was printed at .35 layer height, using kisslicer, abs, took about 2.5hrs at the speed I chose.

How was the depth with the cable installed? I had an idea of enclosing the back and using either Velcro or magnets to mount it to RoBo. This way it would be more of a handheld controller???? What would you guys think of that?

    TRY THIS ONE....

I made a back and aded 4 mounting holes. I also added 4mm to the outer ring with a 1mm chamfer.
The only issue I had was a small line/gap that didn't extrude properly, it's on the back and may or may not show up when printed. I can't seem to get rid on it... It doesn't show up in slicer program so hopefully it won't show in the print. I posted the STEP if you want to tweak it...
