Interesting new idea for printing clay.

    Exactly what i was thinking, except brass. I know an artist who does her work with this stuff, Im going to pay her a visit and pick her brain on using the stuff.

    How about lost PLA mold with syringe injected metal clay? Could be done with a simple torch furnace and then fusing the clay using the same system. Interesting potential even without a clay printer...

    interesting idea, however i doubt you could ensure that you get all voids filled. Also Burnout is a critical step, I worked on a machine to lost wax cast golf club heads out of titanium. We had to to be very careful with the finished moulds to make sure not to shock them through the glass phase temperature when burnout/ preheating the finished moulds for casting.

    It is more complicated that way, plus you're adding extra steps and hence things that can go wrong.

    On the other hand with the Emo1 extruder what you see is what you get. If its compatible with those materials, that is...
