Using the standard bolt but there are no shavings around it. Filament still looks whole

Not sure if this is your issue or not, but your first layer might be too close. PLA doesn't tend to do this as much as ABS and other materials, but if you're printing a large base and are too close, you can't squeeze out as much material as you're telling it to. This results in material backing up inside the nozzle which forms a plug.

Oh right ok. I do have it pretty close so it sticks to the build plate well. I'll try raising it up a little thx

Well I tried re levelling the bed and starting a print with the nozzle slightly higher. Unfortunately it seems the hot end is completely blocked. I can't even get the filament back out of it now.

I posted in another topic about originally not installing the PTFE tube into the e3dv6. Have installed it now after disassembling and cleaning with guitar string. But fear I may be too late - I think hotend is stuffed...literally!!

Nah, You should be able to fix it. It might take some work.
Heat it up, pop the nozzle off and try pushing through. It will take some force and might benefit from removing the extruder so you can get at everything. If it's really completely stuffed, you can carefully manually hollow out that plug. Use a drill by hand or something like a paper clip heated with a lighter to do this. Careful not to damage the PTFE tube.

I've got E3d V6 and installed on Robo 3d. I have a issue with printing PLA. The PLA stuck inside on PTFE tube. I guess it should be for my set up on Mattercontrol. I tried to decrease the tempreture. But mattercontrol doesnt let it to go over 240 degrees. If i set the tempreture over that, it is automaticly turn off the heater and not printing. Is there any specific settting i should use for mattercontrol? I went over all setting and i couldnt figure this out.

Question: Why are you heating up PLA for over 240? Do you mean ABS?

Its because, when the filament is pulled up, the part which melted goes to tube and block the tube.

amir my friend. you need to heat up your hot end to 300 degrees anyway to get it properly tightened

watch this ill gamble you didnt put it together properly if you havent even done that yet. it will cause you problems if you dont.
