I did quick test with my "PLA Only" Robo 3D
    Left Model - S3D Slicing
Right Model - Slic3r with MC

General Setting is the same equal:
    Temp 195C
No Heated Bed - Platform using 3M Ivory Tape and UHU GlueStick
    Res 0,15mm
    Infill 25%
    Speed 60mm/s (S3D - 3600mm/min)

I already optimized the S3D profile. But I will tuning again to get rid of very small blobing.

Anyone tested change Filament in the middle of Print using S3D?? I try to test that out? My current unit is used for printing customer - will try this weekend.

You can even pause/restart prints started from the SD card so I doubt it is a problem.

Im on the fence about this. I could barely afford this if I got it as a poor college student. And my job has invested a bunch in my Pinter so I.can't ask them to grab this... So... But I'm sick of repetir. I have a load of work ahead if me this year..... Ahh I'm done explaining .... Push me over the fence. CONVINCE me :p

They have support people who actually read and respond (intelligently) during the work-week.
Had one case where they fixed a model for me. Not a slicer issue, but a bad model that Netfab didn't complain about (at least not the free version).
They got it printable in less than a day (they repaired the model and showed me some of the more advanced settings in the slicer to play with in the future).

@collin - You should just be able to add the auto-leveling startup GCode and be done with it.
There are a few on here using that combo so someone can comment.

I am getting ready to add @Mike Kelly auto-level mod during some printer down-time just to keep up with the Jones :)
I just have not gotten to it, yet.

How did you figure your Z offset? I'm sure it's posted around here someplace, but since you're using Simplify, which I just bought, I'd like to hear your method.

You can home in on it pretty quick tho, just try somthing if the heads too close or far away you will notice. then tune by .1mm at a time then by .05 to fine tune it.

I see that there is an offset box in the software itself. Do you use that or put it in the startup code?
