    Hi,

I have printed some models the result is great but if there is a 'support material'. The layer (above the support material) of the part is rough. You can see in the picture. What settings to make that 'rough' layer covered?

    Thanks for your help

Can't say. I gave up on supports with the free packages (because none of them were good at it).

Someone who has gotten them to work can chime in.

(they work perfectly for me with Simplify3D).

I installed Simplify3D, but I don't know how to calibrate the bed. I have tried but no luck. It says that I have to adjust the Z screw when calibration process but My Robo3D R1 don't have that screw. Saw previous Robo3D has that screw.

No, you should just need to adjust/edit the startup gcode to include the auto-level call/code. That will force it to do the auto-level cal on the beginning of each print. That is the same effect as the Z axis screw we had on the Beta.

Not an R1 owner so no way I can test this for you. We do have some R1 users on Simplify, one of them can comment.

Done this on R1! It works, but after finish the auto bed levelling process why it drags the bed when moving onto the center?
I have tried this but only 6 layer both. I will try later bump up the bottom, 10 layers maybe.

Perhaps your initial Z offset is too low? Again, guessing, no R1 to play with, but I know you have to specify a start/offset for the Z when it uses the auto-level.

I just changed my first script and now works fine. I was using M565 code, use G1 instead.

Also checkout the auto calibrate instructions and files I posted yesterday. I have not tried them but they came from simplify3d for robo3d-r1
