That's pretty cool for a single nozzle.

    Ah man that is funny.

Thought, open in SW, create an assembly and scale from there to get them to match to your board.

It was about .75" I usually use netfabb to scale and save but I didn't think of it this time around. Lesson learned, remember your scale

Please how did you attach the printinz plate to the bed? Glue? clips? I just ordered a Robo 3D and printinz plate, soon to arrive. Thanks.

    I'm beta testing for him.

I suggest you use binder clips

    Thanks Mike,

Please confirm that the binder clips won't snag on or be snagged by any part of the printer during printing. I'm concerned about the clearance between the side of the bed and the rest of the printer when binder clips are attached.

    Thanks.

Depends on the size if your binder clips. You have 15mm for clips on each side.
    254mm plate, 220mm build volume

    Hi Mike,
    Your printer is looking good.
I see you have printed upgraded parts for x,y, and z. Do you have any of those available for down load?

    Thanks,
    David

David, The Z idlers are custom for my delrin nuts, they wouldn't work on any other part. I've uploaded the X and Y stuff to thingiverse:

Several hours and a whole bunch of soldering and crimping later it's finally wired up. Another step on the path to quicker hot end swaps.
