Unanswered Y motor doesn't work :( URGENT

    Hi dear friends,
    As I filmed in attached movie, Before that I thought the stepper motor is damaged, but when I changed the connector to other drivers I found the motor works truly. Please urgently help me.

    That is either a bad RAMPS board or the small stepper driver card for that stepper (the Pololu boards they look like this: https://www.pololu.com/product/2981) is bad to needs to be tuned.

    Hi,
    These are original ROBO3D parts that used in my machine. You mean I have to change RAMPS and driver?

    I am saying that one of those parts is probably bad and causing your problem.
    If it is under warranty contact Robo3D for a replacement. If they replace the entire RAMPS (and the 4 stepper drivers) then that will probably solve it.

    This may too simple, but mine stopped because the belt had failed.

    please take a look again guys.
    the motor and drivers are safe and sound, but it spins in 1 direction

    Probably a broken wire inside the stepper motor. Submit a replacement part request or buy one from the replacement page (or more locally)
