Few quick things

Well. I know I am one of them. Originally I was one of the first in April. But someone has backed out of March. So I canceled and reorder on March.

 

That makes 5 that I am aware of.

 

I'm just kind of sad because the school starts back up in a week ,won't have much time to play with it. I was looking forward to it this summer.

 

I wonder if Canceling and reordering put you lower on the list. If they are filling the orders via kickstarter order, not the tier you bought, then some people might be upset for moving their order around... I know I was going to do the same thing, but I was busy at work when it was ending so I didn’t get a chance to.

 

The survey, that was sent out via kickstarter, had me on a March order. At Least i thought it did, i have deleted the e-mail.
Good question but there are some other March backers whom had no word on shipping.

I just sent a message with the same question using this link too(have done so on Kickstarter and forum account "robo3dprinter").

It is naive though to assume that the don't check all the rest of the accounts(while they should btw) and that they are not aware of the confusion regarding the shipment order.

It's not like this forum(THEIR forum) has thousands of posts every day and they can't keep up...

 

Jumping on an earlier shipping date on kickstarter. I was in April then some people backed out of March date so I moved into that reward tier. Just seeing if that worked or i just got moved way down the list of backers. I know i was not the only one who has done that.

Ok, this is beyond frustrating!

I contacted the robo3D team 2 days ago using every available way. Kickstarter/Robo3d forum/Robo3d shoutbox/ pm@robo3dprinter account/robo3dprinter website contact us form.

No answer at all.

Additionally Harry, the person closest to the team that actually bothers trying to answer our questions, is aware of the question and hasn't gotten back either.
I'm NOT EVEN asking where my damn printer is(while I very well could, it being 10 weeks late).

I'm asking why, while they announce that more than 115 units have shipped that should very well cover the March tier(92), mine(and others') have not shipped.

Its is both an EASY to answer question and a very VALID one.

Either they LIE about the number of units shipped, they don't use kickstarter month tier system(unacceptable and without even notifying us) or they just send the units to whoever they prefer to.

Harry, can you get me(us) an answer and if not the reason why?

 

It is not an issue Harry to wait until Monday.

Just make sure that you let us know. Even if they don't give an answer, tell us why.
