Nozzle size and sometimes speed on my machine and z offset need tweaked. For instance I run 50-80mm/s .4 nozzle and 40-60 mm/s .8 nozzle

Thank you I'll give it a shot. I tend to print slow anyways under 60. Seems to make some rattle noise over that seems to print fine I just don't like the noises it makes over that. I did send in a parts request to robo for new bearings on the x carriage hoping that fixes it.

Layer height has a relationship to nozzle diameter. If you change the nozzle diameter significantly you will want to test and see what size works best for you. Somewhere around the 50% mark works best for me.

I must have missed that in the documentation. I looked in the documentation and user guides, even the replacement extruder product info but could not find it.
    Thanks

No kidding mine came with a printed manual which I now use to block the parts when I spray hairspray on the bed. Utterly useless. Their getting started video was more informative.
