The autolevel travels up not down at only one point and can I replace the .16A fan with a .22A fan?

Yes to the latter and the former is caused by a Z axis home switch out of position.

Check both of them (you have two under the crossbar). One is stuck open.

One of the Z switches is reporting OPEN when it should be closed.
It is likely just out of position.
Eyeball them and make sure they are both correctly in place. If it gets out of place it will (falsely) report HOME

I have a "tired" switch I've been putting off replacing.
My printer does the same thing as yours. What I am currently doing (until I replace my switch) I "jiggling" the cross bar a few time quickly before I print. Basically I'm triggering the switches a few times manually by doing the "jiggle" up and down thing.

Try it, if it resolves your issue then you know it is a switch issue as in bad switch. If it doesn't then we can look at possible adjustments.

Fixed it...bad switch. I am guessing on the side that has the issue? Where do I get the switch?

    Yay!
I'll let someone else point you to where to get the switch since I have yet to actually get one myself.

With the ebay ones...do you have to get the tab off somehow before installing them? I don't see the tab on mine just the bump that clicks...if that makes any sense....lol

Just realized that Amazon has those too. I went with ebay. They looked like they could get here sooner without the extra cost. Luck to you my friend!

Just pull off the metal arm flap, easy peasy. No real disassembly requires. Unscrew the 2 small bolts swap the wires, screw the new ones on while you lift up gently on your x. Do one at a time then paper level.

Technically you could leave the metal arm on, it really doesn't hurt anything being there.
