E3Dv6 Cooling Fan

    The E3dv6 guide says to plug the cooling fan into the same place that the RAMPS board fan is plugged into. Is there another place to plug the RAMPS board fan then?

    Plug either of them straight on the plug from the power supply.
    12v line will work. Power on => Fan on.

    so I'd have to cut the connector off the end of the wires that came with it, right?

    The plug that connects the power from the P/S to the RAMPS board (green) has room to add more wires...

    my fan came with a JST connector.
