I tried using an oiler with canola oil, printing at 210. Filament wouldn't stick. Tried again, same thing (removed oiler). Probably put too much oil in it, however I now get the Min temp error message. How can I resolve?

min temp is an open thermistor. check you wires and make sure it didn't come unplugged or loose.

The wires and plug are tight.

check the thermistor wires going to the ramps board (under the printer). Also if its a newer hexagon make sure the set screw that holds the thermistor into the hotend is tight as well. If all those check out I'd assume a bad thermistor. You can try to check it with a multimeter but it may be easier to just swap it. Do you have a spare you can swap in? There is a remote chance it may be the ramps board or the arduino but I'd start with the thermistor
