I printed one out last night
    PETG, .
    0.2mm layers
    235 Nozzle. 0 Bed heat ( don't have one :) )
Everything else is default simplify 3D PLA Settings. Didn't change a thing.

    0.05, 0.1, 0.15 wont spin.

The rest spin fine. The 0.2mm took just a slight amount of force to free it up.

Mine looks like a slicer issue to me, when I viewed it those smaller tolerance ones were touching in the slicer anyway..

You mean people don't leave that at 0.00 anyway?

@daniel871 I am sure you are being facetious.
@KTMDirtFace I think the default is 0.00 but some might change it a bit if they need holes to be more accurate.

With all defaults (0.2mm layers and default speeds and crap filament)

    20170518_134001.jpg

The largest 3 will rotate (the largest one a bit too 'lose' to suit me).

I could do that. The previous one was a 0.4. Just all defaults. Sliced with the OctoPrint profile on it.

Somebody do it with a 0.8mm nozzle and see if it still works.

If I ever get enough time at home I'll do it on my i3, as that's what I've been using for just about all of my prints (not enough noticeable loss of detail for the parts I've been making).
