Solved Heated Bed Warping?

    My heated bed is getting the cork scraped off as I print. It seems to be making contact with the belt guide screws. I would like to know how I should fix it. I will attach a picture so you can see just how bad it has gotten. [​IMG]

    Well, my cork is so torn up that I need to replace it, is it simply 1/16 thick cork? I did notice it had adhesive on it. Is it something I would have to buy special or can I just tape it up well?

    Just tape it. it is nothing other than cork sheet... 1/8" if memory serves

    You could replace it with any insulation you like :)
