I'm so frustrated, I had it printing great, print parts for business, printed parts for my other printer, printed a spiral vase for mother's day. Then I flashed the firmware and it screwed everything up. Never had one problem, just minor tweaking...now, all hell broke loose. I wish I had more time with it, I'm just glad I haven't any orders recently that I had to print out.

If you are convinced it is firmware related go back to stock. I can tell you that it is probably not a firmware issue not unless you changed more than you discussed. Those all look lime slicer fails at any rate.

I did go back to stock firmware, still underextrusion. So for S&G I upped the esteps to 1600. This is what I got. A bit over-extrusion, but at least I know its the esteps that needs adjusting. Actually I did the extruder calibration and it said I needed 1683.26.
