I must have missed that part, well then! lol. .15 is fine .1 turns but unacceptable force to turn it lol. stickin with .2 for modeling :D
    R1+ .2 is tight
Zortrax .15 works if you break free. .1 fused (ABS)
Ditto Pro .15 ....kinda works? not really. .2 spins tight.

I will (once I have free time and a workshop back) play with this on various nozzle sizes and see how good I can get it with some practice.

@Geoff R1+ at 700$ vs Ultimaker. +/- 2400$, I can live with the results on mine. As for under extruding im ok with it. Ive printed several tools I use at work and haven't had any problems with them. I'm sure there are cheaper one out there now, but in Feb2016 the R1+ I found was the best for its price. I almost went with a Wolfe and locked myself in to a 2500$ PLA printer

I'm by no means knockin the robo R1+ (or any gen) I have 2 of them lol. The ultimaker serves its purpose high detail/print quality but the robos have their place in my production line as well :D. I have many machines and many from different manufacturers, I rarely knock a printer if it does or can be made to perform. :D

I know you're not knocking on it, just a carefree and open gentlemen discussion about printers. POLITICS on the other hand.....lol

I am in the process of moving my printers and cleaning out my office, so I haven't had time to print one yet.

My guess is waldo will have the same results as the rest of us unless he sets his to underextrude intentionally lol. His are properly set up for accuracy :D

I am having to make room for a new printer and that is taking up my time, as well as monitoring Marlin 1.1.1 to see what new stuff is f'ed up. I printed a partial one and the filament broke (using really cheap PLA) during the print now I have to unclog it.

And I know what you are doing @KTMDirtFace, you are just trying to distract everyone from the fact that you are still not using MESH leveling.

I printed on the R2 and everything spins but could not break loose the 0.1 mm. Everything from 0.15 mm and up spins freely. I am pretty sure I could get 1.0 if I had changed slicer settings to print outside-in instead of inside-out.
