    I just got my Robo3D a few weeks ago. I have printed approx. 15 things on it. (Small to med sized items) and it has been amazing!!

    Last night I went to print a file that I have done already 4 times...and now the extruder is touching the glass a bit too much during the first layer. If I touch the glass and put a gentle amount of pressure down filament starts coming out fine.

    My question is...what could have changed? I know I could go in and change the z offset but I would have to do it for all my files :(

    Any ideas why this would suddenly change? and if I DO have to go chamge my Z offset in all the files...what increments would you suggest?

    Thanks in advance for any help. Appreciate it greatly!!

    I looked closely at the switches...the one on the right seems pretty tight and doesn't move much when I grab it. The one on the left is a bit sloppy and moves. Is there a way to tighten it? I see some screws but didn't want to just start turning them =)

    Thanks for the replies/help guys.

    It does seem like the whole unit moves just a bit..not just the switch. I can see the copper looking nut move with it on the shaft. So I don't think any of the screws would affect it anyhow?

    @Carlcas I'd start with tightening that screw on what appears to be the left side. The assembly should not sit loose like that.

    Do more digging, there are at least 3 others out there from other folks.
    I am not clear on what you are looking for.
    Robo has not released anything since the original beta.

    Can someone measure the one on R1+? Then it can be remodeled.

    Someone who has an R1+ can do that for you if you are specific about what measurements you need.
    @Geof has one.

    If it were me I'd just print out the ones without the tang, the tang causes more grief then its worth. If you want the tang reach out to Robo for replacements. I cant shut either of my R1+ down for a few weeks to measure (all booked up)
