Rubberized or rubbery feel filament, is there one?

I would like to design and print a phone case and would like to see if there is a rubbery feel or rubberized filament out there. been searching amazon and only found

REC Rubber Black 3D Printing Filament, 1.75 mm, 750 g

any ideas or feedback?

Well, ended up with Hatch box TPU. You were right, definitely harder to get set up properly. I am struggling to get good prints on simple parts that performed well with other filaments, PLA, ABS, Etc.

Recommended settings were
190 to 210 degrees
Bed 70
fan on
30mm/s speed or less
low retraction.

Kept jamming or stopping extruding.
Lowered retraction to 1 from 3
raised temp 2 times to 250
Low quality (.3 layers)
Print made it all the way through but looks pretty bad as far as finish goes.

I will keep experimenting but was hoping one of you experts could point me to exactly where I need to be?
