The wire circled in the picture below has come out three times in the last month. It's only the black one that does that. Each time I used Red RTV High Temp to reconnect it. Is there a better option? would gorilla glue work?

Also, I'm not under warranty anymore so I'll be buying this extruder should it need to be replaced. Should I buy another one from Robo3d or are there better options out there? If I gotta replace it, I want to replace it with something good even if it costs more.

Two things, have you tightend the the screw that holds the thermistor in? and have you thought about switching the entire hotend (which you dont have to but there are better options) because I switched mine for an e3d v6 and it works much better and is more reliable than the stock hotend

Is just a wire coming out ? Or the entire cartridge assembly?

Just the wire. This is an actual picture of it.

You probably need a replacement thermistor, but i could be wrong. did you tighten the screw that holds the thermistor in?

If the wire from inside the canister is what came out, tightening the screw will not help :)

By looking at that picture i thought it was the whole part (enclosure) but i guess i looked at it incorrectly. I think you should order a new one.

Is there a better hot end out there that's worth spending a little more for? Or is there an adhesive that I could use to fix it?
