Epic bad print!

    Just wanted to share... solid ball of plastic (PLA). It was about an hour print... lesson learned, always check on your prints :)

    Pfft, we've seen far worse. Anyone have that picture of the time an entire spool fell off an overhead spool holder and got stuck to the hotend, making the mother of all messes?

    Knock on wood mine has never messed up that bad while doing an overnight print

    You know how mis-stamped coins can go for astronomical figures in the coin-collecting space? Why not put it on eBay, suggest that it's a rare form of art and let the bidding begin. A grilled cheese sandwich sold for $28K on there.

    AHAHA.

    On my R1 before i upgraded it to with the lead screw updates ( which had kinda hook things that prevented the Z axis from going up out of control ).. I had a tangle and it pulled the entire hotend up to the top of the printer because my spool was on top. It was pretty funny..not very messing as in the pics in this thread but funny.
