It seems most people are having issues with parts not sticking... well I have the opposite problem! What am I doing wrong here?

Sticking too hard is probably an initial Z offset that is too low.
That or a really aggressive filament (some like PET can be more difficult)

You really didn't give us enough information to be very helpful.

I have been using PLA exclusively. Getting ready for some ABS, but want to get this fixed first! I have cleaned up the bed surface once now with the recommended 2000 grit sandpaper but did not change a thing.

well, try bumping your Z offset a little bit higher.
You could print a first layer and post a picture then we could give you an informed opinion :)

My R2 prints stick too well also (I only use PLA). Mark is right - perform "Fine Tune Z" and back off a little. I've also lowered my default bed temperature from 60 to 50. Let the bed cool completely before removing the part. And finally, avoid using rafts.

I will try fine tuning the Z axis as well as try reducing the bed temperature. Thanks for the suggestions guys!

Between playing with the bed temperature and the Z offset things are poping off the bed with ease!
