That sounds like the Z steps may be set incorrectly.
If it is an R1+ that number should be 800, what do you have in there?

    #define DEFAULT_AXIS_STEPS_PER_UNIT {80,80,800,723.38} // default steps per unit for RoBo 3D R1+

OK, that should be fine. Then temperature or a clog are your next culprits.

I upped the temperature 2 215 and 50 for pla hatchbox, so my next step is to replace the nozzles

Can you attach a new picture of your defect? I'm having a hard time understanding/visualising it

I use the M500 and M502, does that clear it?

Ok, tried multiple things, been a month and still won't print correctly. So i have decided to buy a Titan Aero and replace the current extruder, hopefully that is the cause of the issues. This will be my first big hardware mod, so I hope this goes smoothly. If it goes smoothly and works good, I may purchase one for my other printer and do the exchange. Anyone have a Titan Aero that can offer some pros and cons?

Why do you think upgrading the hotend will fix what you think is a software issue? Nobody I know has gotten the aero to work on the robo without switching to a prusa style x axis. And even then I havent heard of any success or seen any finished prints.

I don't knoq its a software issue, i have tried 3 different slicers, calibrated my extruder multiple times, adjusted my esteps, tried v1 v2 v3 of robos firmware, replaced the ramps, tried different filiment (even tho i have printed great with Hatchbox in the past), made sure all the rods are straight not bent, checked the belts, checked the bearings. I have absolutely 0 ideas left.

Let me say that your most recent print pictures look good with the exception of what appears to be a little under-extrusion.

What is it in those pictures? Use circles. And arrows and a paragraph explaining what is wrong if you need :)
Your problem has migrated from "a Z offset issue" to something else quality related :)

The problem hasnt migrated, its the same issue. But i have tried everything to fix it. I agree, under extrusion, that pic is printed with my firat Robo +, i had the same under extrusion problem and tweaked it out. But its 100X worse on my other Robo+.under extrudes so much all the print is is throw out material. it has never printed good, called Robo, everything they had suggested to try, i did. I even turned up the esteps to 1100, and still under extruding. Extrudes a couple lines, skips a couple, then extrudes. Everything I tested everything mentioned on both.

Well, that is almost certainly an extruder problem.
However I think we can limit it to just the extruder stepper, stepper driver or the hotend.

Me? I think I would start cheap and boost the stepper driver current.
Then look at a new stepper motor and lastly a different extruder.

Certainly feel free to call up support and wring them out on this.
They need to get it working.
If I were repairing it myself those are the steps I would take
