Triied to set the bed to 100, seems it gets a communications error every time I try. Anyone else seen this?

Probably your pogo-pins are going south.

There is a design flaw with the way the bed is powered via those pins.
Sometimes they are dead on arrival. They are working on a fix.

You should call support and arrange for a discussion with a tier-2 technician to get your case logged.

Keep calling :D. This is a pretty common issue that they are working on a fix for. Keep after them until you get someone on the phone.

I noticed that the latest firmware (I think it is 1.18) has an error that someone logged about not going to 100. The previous one (1.17) that the Robo3d tech support points everyone to is working for me at 100. I won’t try to update the firmware until I see the fix is committed in the repository
