Alright so this is my second printer, the first one was a kit that I am always working on, however it still works. I spent 200 on that one and can get at least 5 to 10 print before running into a clog... reason why I bought the r2. All I'm trying to do is print a spool holder to hold the filaments that don't fit on the back, I've tried usb ( which doesn't work anymore btw and no usbs work), and sending it to octoprint, I've already tried new files and different ones too. They all clog about 10 to 20 layers up z(just estimating)... I already set up an appointment so I can wait another 2 months for a replacement.

Sorry for seeming negative, just understand the frustration. Spending alot of money to 3d print but can't 3d print. The machine seems so solid hardware-wise, it just doesn't like me. (Probably because I named it "robo dick")

My question is, has anyone already dealt with this? Or had the same problems?

While that thread is in the R1 section it is not really printer specific, more "all metal hotend" specific and the Hexagon the Robo R1, R1+, C2 and R2 all use qualifies.

That last picture is not clog related, that looks like a bent rod.
But for the clogs refer to the thread I linked.

Yes, I understand that, that was the first print I made that actually finished, the other picture is to show every other print I've done. All of which clogged

Well, follow the thread I linked for clogs. If it is PLA then that is not something that happens to everyone, but it is not uncommon and not Robo specific. It is all-metal-hotend specific since most J-Heads never had that issue :)

I just run oilers on all my FDM style printers (they are all using E3D hotends so still all-metal units like the hexagon)

PLA filament when it hits the brass nozzle is like eggs on a frying pan (very similar material actions).
So a good seasoned surface (just like you season a cast-iron skillet) helps avoid it sticking (which causes clogs)

Anywhere above the extruder is fine.

How does that work with the ptfe tube? Would I have to put it before the run-out sensor?

Yes just a light sheen on the filament will do

It takes so little oil to do the trick that I usually completely forget add more to the sponge until ... I get a clog or I remember it :)

The little oiler is a much smaller print...about 30 minutes, so I'm giving it a try and hopefully it doesn't clog before it finishes... we will see tho.

Anyone got the link for the ones your using? And just any sponge will work?

Just any sponge will work. In a pinch paper towel works but a sponge is easier to control the amount of oil.
