So my printer didn't clog for my wife and she was able to print the little oiler... came out nice aside from the z ripples.... now I'm thinking it is the file for the spool holder or it just clogs after an hour of continuous printing... I'll try a different file later while using the oiler [IMG]

So far it's working guys! Doesn't help my waves but at least I can print. Trying the spool holder now so I hope it works

I printed a shift knob just cuz. It was about the only thing I would mind the waves with and just to make sure it would keep printing.[IMG][IMG][IMG]

    Awesome.
The clogs are behind you :)
The waves are an entirely different story, that has to be a mechanical malfunction. A few others have had similar results, so hopefully Robo can get it sorted for you. It may be as simple as a Z-rod problem.

That's what I'm hoping... I really hope that I can just replace the z rod and not have to send it back.

Do you use the same oiler for every filament? Or have a few of them? It would be nice to have one that will also clip to the spool for when your done to keep it from tangling

I leave the oiler on for all filaments. Same one.
Things other than PLA don't really need it, but I am usually too lazy to remove it and it will not hurt any filament type.
    Plus, smells like french fries...
