Hmm.. printing slanted..

    Printed a 25mm calibration cube on the R2. Something not right, any thoughts?? slanted.jpg

    so its not suppose to lean ?;) lol Did you make the file? How does it look in the print preview? How are you slicing it?

    interesting. it looks like a continuous shift all the way up the print. I'd check loose drive componenets (set screws on the timing pulleys) to start (cant be more specific without knowing if the lean is on the X or Y) other than that I'd think a model issue that isn't showing up in the preview or a very odd slice issues. With S3D V4 just out I'd expect a few bugs here and there :D check those things and let us know what you find

    There is not a lot to check or adjust on the R2 when it comes to the drive belts etc. Make sure the belts you reach are tight.

    If they are not tight there is no easy way to adjust them. You might havd something knocked loose though. Give it all a good look.

    set screws :D check them all. Ultimaker is plagued with loose set screws if not loctite

    That is the axis id start looking at. Check all your set screws. (By check i mean snug then up)

    I would call that X. Trace the belts you can see and the rods they attach to and make sure nothing is obviously out of kilter. I suspect your gantry is having issues on the X

    There really arent many set screws on the c2/r2 it is a different rig ☺

    No timing pulleys ? how are they securing the belts?

    The ends are together With blocks that that snap together. The cogs are part of the gantry rods.

    And notice I said 'snap together' not apart ☺. I am not sure they can be taken apart easy so belt tension is not easy to adjust either

    I'm gonna check all of mine tonight. Already had one of the screws vibrate loose under the bed and fall off.

    Hope you get this fixed.

    Yep those be the widgets that cause endless frustration on gantry machines in my experience.

    I use the red on the gantry machines, the blue didn't seem to help a whole lot :D then I had blue covered set screws rolling around (did make it easier to find)
