Second ... there is a process for printing.

1) Create your 3D model in whatever 3D CAD program you like.
2) export the model as an STL file (surface model only)
3) load that onto the printer (R2/C2 has a built in server -- OctoPrint) or use a printing host program (mattercontrol, repetier host, Cura, Simplify3D, etc)

That last part requires something that will slice the STL and genereate GCode which the printer can then print. OctoPrint includes a bundled Cura slicer, or you can use one of the other host programs to do the slice or slice and print.

 

If you know the IP address of your printer you can use a web browser to open that IP address and you will see the OctoPrint user interface.

you can start at step 6 in that instructable or there are other places that have documentation for OctoPrint. You do not have to install it as that is already done on the Raspberry Pi

You can also print from an SD card which has the STL file on it using just the LCD on the R2.
I am less familiar with that approach so someone with an R2 can chime in on that one.
