Extruder Home Position

    IMG_8761.JPG Before to print, the extruder makes terrible noise at home position, how to change the position? Those two parts are too close to each other and produce the noise.

    Look at the home switch and the part that's supposed to press it, see if they're aligned and correct if necessary.

    Did the bolt fall out that engages the home switch ? Not a good photo

    Those two parts get too close. There is no distance between. They start vibrate.

    Again, check the switches are pressed by the rods. If not move the rods until they do.
