You have a bad connection to the bed thermistor. A short circuit most likely.
Trace it back and sanity check everything.

And what does the temperature of the bed read?
If it is shorted then it is shorted.
That is a bad connection or a damaged thermistor (or in rare cases perhaps a damaged control board).
Given what you worked on I would go with a bad connection.

You should be able to go to OctoPrint (with a web browser) and see what it thinks the temperatures are.

Does the error occur if you power it up with the bed removed?

You might want to go ahead and schedule a call with tier-2 support (since it takes as much as a week to schedule) and if you manage to get it sorted before then you can cancel it. Either the pogo pins are still malfunctioning or something else has died so you will need to get with them for warranty parts either way.

You only replaced the pogo-pin board? Max temp would indicate a direct short, as these are NTC thermistors (negative temperature coefficient) and as the temperature increases the resistance decreases. 0 Ohms or a direct short would show as maximum temperature. A picture of your pogo-pin board would be helpful.

It looks okay, is the error you get when you turn it on 'BED Not Connected'?

If there is no short all I can tell you is what Mark told you arrange for a tier 2 support call. Because a short is the only way to generate this error, if you pull the bed you will get a bed not connected message instead.

If that message appears with the bed removed it is absolutely a short in the pins or cabling.
