After changing new pogo adapter .

    So the cabling back to the bed or the board.
    You really need to get with Robo tier-2 support folks to sort out what needs replacing.
    I'd start to suspect the control board at this point since the wiring looks OK.

    i remove the bed cable connector from the main board and it still show the same msg.

    Which rather narrows it down doesn't it :)

    You need to be calling Robo

    thank alot alr arrange for tier 2 to call back. hope i can finish my print before the dead line

    I replaced my pogo board, had the same thing. Just got a new motherboard, and replaced it... works now.
