I had my pogo pins go out, and basically needed replacing. I received the new pogo pin board, and installed it without any issues. Printer turned on without any issues, but when i tried to change out the filament i received the message MINTEMP triggered, system stopped! Heater_ID: 0.

Does anyone have any idea on how i can go about fixing this or what is the issue that is causing this error.

Heater_ID:0 is not the bed, it is the hotend, make sure the connection is secure and try again.

Was the little 25 mm fan on the back side running properly?

Did you look inside the bottom towards the control board as well?

The fan is running perfectly fine, I've also checked towards the control board to make sure no connections are loose including the big ribbon cable coming out of the header.

Well, then you have to get with Robo tech support. You have a bad part. Either the thermistor or the wiring to it.
Either way they need to be sending you bits to replace :)

I had that error once. For me, I suspected there is some kind of time that times out before the hot end reached its desired temp. I found my hot end was rotated a bit so that it was touching the metal logo cover, which acted like a heatsink. Removing the cover allowed it to work. I eventually rotated the hot end so I could put the cover back on. No more errors messages.

And for giggles, check that there is not a bunch of baked on goop / filament on the nozzle or hot end that could bridge the gap between the cover and the hot end, creating a path for the heat to leave the hot end

I checked the hot end and no goop build up connecting to the cover plate, and as for the rotating the hot end, I ran it without the metal cover so no issue of hot end touching the cover. But i rotated it non the less just to make sure it's not touching anything else.

    Thanks for the support guys

I got this error this week. In my case the result was a bed crash and always while the auto calibration fourth probe point. Thought it was bed or hotend temperature issue but I could preheat with the same results. Emailed Robo and Dave it was likely a spot on the bed or bed level sensor issue. I clean the sensor with Isopropyl alcohol. Problem solved. The error message is misleading.

I will give that a try as well, I also went through their 2nd tier support and was recommended that the thermistor might be faulty so may be that might a issue as well so I will try your approach as well

    Update

So i finally got around to installing the new thermistor, but sadly the error still remains. Now at this point I'm currently setting up another appointment this time with their 2nd tier support because even with new thermistor i still get the same error.

    Yet another update

Installed brand nozzle and with new temp thermistor, but still getting the same error I believe now I like to think the next best issue could be motherboard but still awaiting to talk to the tech support to see
