Help if you tell the slicer to print outer shells.
Print restarted. 15-20 hours -- it is a tall one,

This will be 7-8 inches tall when done, so far -- so good. The thickness varies and the infill is low (40% or less I think).

I'll demonstrate how flexible this is too. The last part we did with it was roughly 10"x4"x0.25 inches (thick) and can easily be bent around on top of itself. Needing anything more flexible is... not usually the case. SemiFlex is flexible, NinjaFlex is floppy. Great for O-rings :)

This is a flexible adapter sleeve for some cameras to other equipment on a robot.

A little further along still. Will finish over-night. It needs more outer shells on the final (there are still some gaps in spots).
However this will work for testing with.

They will need to reprint this with more outer shells (we left it at 1) and maybe fiddle with infill a bit. Wide, flat prints are easy with flexibles, tall narrow -- not so much.

This is fine for testing with

    Done early this AM.
If you are wondering why it looks rough in spots that was a combination of the model pattern and the fact we printed it with just one shell. It really needed more, but we were concerned that we might not have enough filament on the spool so opted for this as a test/POC part. Really sizing was the big thing needed to be tested. Also bumped temp to 225c to get it flowing more consistently.

The middle section looks pretty good from the picture, did you change temps during the print?

Yes, we bumped it from 220 to 225 just about there. It was more important that it complete than that it look good so we can use it for test fitting. Then it can be reprinted with the new Cheeta filament (thanks @Printed Solid)

It was odd because the first 1/4 inch printed lovely and then it started getting rough but I attributed that to the angled surfaces and the lack of thicker shell. Temperature may have needed boosting... next print will be hotter.

Got in the replacement spool of Cheeta (thanks @Printed Solid ) will experiment with it when I have a chance.
(I still have at least a 1/2 spool -- i.e. "lifetime supply" of NinjaFlex -- AKA grommet/o-ring material).
