I am pretty sure that abs would not be gas resistant, but what about pla? Is there a filament that is gas resistant?

Or did you mean GASOLINE? :)
In which case the answer is -- no.

Polycarbonate might be the closest. @Printed Solid might have some ideas.

I dont think PC will even hold up to gasoline. Maybe Polypropylene but its difficult to print with. I'd call up Printed Solid and chat with him about it (his website has a contact us). Might be a good idea to include the .step or .stl file of what your wanting to print.

Dont forget you can 3D Print something then use a molding material and cast something? (Smooth on is the brand I typically use)

There is also the possibility that you could coat the surface with a resin that would do a better job, I have not researched this for accelerants so I can't suggest anything specific. Interesting use case, be sure to follow-up and let us know what works if you do go down this road.

PC should do well. Nylon as well (also probably a bit easier to make water tight). Polypropylene is a no go.

Back at the plastic manufacturing plant several of our products were gasoline tanks for various marine vehicles, but mostly pontoon boats. One customer specified three different layers the tank was supposed to have but I'm reasonably sure that most of the in-house gasoline tanks they produced were straight HDPE (high-density polyethylene).
