Filament is stuck and the gears that push the filament looks like they are stuck or something else. I took a video.

    It's a C2 with 2.0 software.

Worse comes to worse you can cut the filament, loosen the extruder clamping bolt(shiny on the front), and pull the extruder out. If filament is still in the feed gear then you need to hold down on the release while pulling out the extruder. At least then you can work on it outside the printer. Be very careful with the wiring.

Were you able to unclog the filament itself?

    I would:

    1) lift/slide the white PTFE tube back off the top of the extruder assembly, revealing the filament there
    2) about six inches up, cut the incoming filament with scissors
    3) using the LCD screen menu, heat the hotend to 240
    4) with my left hand, push the blue feed button...
    5) with my right hand, push down on the filament maybe an inch first...
    6) then pull the filament out of the top manually (first fast, then slowly as it starts to strand out)

Then I'd cut the end of the filament from the spool and run the Filament Load wizard from the LCD menu.
