Bed pin problem

    I just got a disconnect error during a print. When I lifted the bed, this is what I found:

    It looks like the spring action in the left most pins is out of order. Anyone know how to handle something like this?

    You need to contact Robo support directly and send them that picture. There is no way to fix that particular issue on your own, and attempts to find a compatible replacement pogo pin to solder in place have been problematic for us do it yourselfers.

    I contacted them, but for now, I soldered some springs from a pen to them... holding true so far :)

    Although that may work for you , please contact Robo support for a replacement.

    Eh, you may want to just call them or you can expect a rather long lead time.

    They took care of me. Although it’s on backorder, they’re sending me a new bed that doesn’t have the pins, for free. Thanks Robo!!
