So I’m trying to print something that is almost at the maximum dimensions on all axis. However for some reason, both the back and right sides of the plate are being cut off. If I pull the bed forward from the furthest edge of the print, it will come about 2 centimeters before it hits the hard stop so I don’t know why it’s cutting off. I’m using Cura with and the object appears normal. Thanks

What are you using for these max dimensions?
There have been some bogus numbers out in the wild in the past.
@WheresWaldo can confirm what he tested.
Mine when I tested were actually a bit larger, but not enough to matter.

I know it isn't infringing with the physical maximum dimensions as the print is (220 x 240 x 200).

But there is at least a centimeter left on the Y axis. If I pull the bed to the back of where it is extruding, I can pull it back another centimeter before it hits the hard stop.

Also if I use the knob on my LCD to move to the limits from the home position, it can go past those numbers before running into the stop.

    I think I found that 220 x 236 x 235 (X, Y, Z) is the maximum size for the Plus and the older R1

That seems a little high for the Z and small for the others.

    254 x 228.6 x 203.2 mm, those are the published numbers

Mine were determined by actual movements of the extruder, I never go by the advertised build dimensions. When Robo came out with the R1 I think they let marketing create the dimensions (just my opinion). It was never as big as they said it was.

You can test this yourself, easy if you have an LCD controller attached, move to X,Y home (which is 0,0) then issue commands to move the head one axis at a time until it bangs into the other end. The last movement where it doesn't hit the end is the absolute maximum dimension.

Ditto. There are manufacturing deviations that make all of our "max" dimensions slightly different. X is pretty spot on at 220. But if you try to print something 220 I seriously doubt it will work out without ensuring everything is perfect (wire management being a big one) plus you have to turn off skirt, raft, brim etc to ensure nothing is pushing past the "220". Y is always been the big "miss" by the advertised build size. I want to say mine was 235 on one machine, 237 on the other and the other two I have never printed anything large enough to care. Without seeing a video of the machine messing it up it really is a guessing game.

The hard stop is not the max. The limit switch ... that is the max and will trigger before the hard stop.
