It seems my filament is slipping and it causing bad prints. It’s even slipping periodically/frequently during filament load. I’ve uploaded a video of the feeder gear during a load.

I checked that the hobbed nut screw is tight.

If I try a filament load without any filament there is no slipping/tick sound as expected.

I tried different filament and no skipping. Is it possible that my entire spoil of filament is bad?

    Thanks!

its very possible, you can also try to maybe draw out two or three feet from the spool and clip it off, could be just a section of it is bad and not the entire spool
