Buildtak Mattercontrol R1+ start G-code

    I just put a Buildtak on my R1+ and Im trying to figure out the G-code to input, so the printer does the bed leveling before it heats the nozzle. Im not very knowledgeable in writing G-code. Can someone post the complete start G-code that I could cut and paste?
