It looks like your first layer is way too close. What is your first layer height set to?

I had the same issue with my R2. I ran it with the nozzle that close for a year before I began having trouble. Mine was set for .2 first layer height. After playing with it for a bit, I found that .25 was the best height for me. It is probably more of a driver issue i think. But if you've tried everything else, isn't it worth a shot?

You do this in your slicer settings. What slicer do you use?

You just need to change what settings are visible. Go to Settings in the top menu and select Configure Setting Visability.[IMG][IMG]

Still looks way too close. When using buildtak, you don't need it so close that its translucent. Also, I would continue testing with a smaller model, as in shorter or all around smaller. There are tons of calibration models on thingiverse.com. Maybe also, go through the z offset and fine tuning wizards. When you do the fine tune wizard, you want the lines to be like
    .2mm tall.
One question I should have asked this earlier. Have you tried just extruding plastic while the bed is still down to see if it is coming out of the extruder as expected? Pay attention to the knobbed gear that pushes the filament. Make sure it isn't slipping on the shaft.

Ok I’m doing the z offset wizard and I will try the Wave_vase, the only thing is that the Robo models always turn out scent

That sounds like your Z offset value. What is your Initial Layer Height in Cura?

    Questions:

Have you tried just extruding plastic while the bed is still down to see if it is coming out of the extruder as expected?
Pay attention to the knobbed gear that pushes the filament. Make sure it isn't slipping on the shaft.
When you extruding plastic, do you hear any popping while extruding?
