I recently upgraded to the E3D v6, after setting everything back up the printer will not move during the print. It will still home and run through the auto bed leveling, but once it starts the actual print it doesn't move.

That is very odd. Typically a mechanical issue will not move at all (and normally not all axis). If its only not working during printing are you getting any errors in the gcode terminal? Kind of sounds like a slicer issue but one thing at a time:D

Get to the point where it is stopped and has gotten to temperature then save the GCode terminal to a text file so you can sort through the entire thing searching for the word ERROR.

I just started a print to try to replicate the issue, but it seems like it's working fine now. I'll post back on here If it happens again.
